We would like to give you the following alternatives.
REPLACEMENT with the right product.
EXCHANGE the product for an alternative of your choice of equal value.

Video of the package opening.(the video should be clear, should start before the package is opened. It should not have any editing or cuts)
pics of the product received with the defected side in focus.
Reason for the return/replacement/refund request.
We shall contact you within 24hrs for confirming the action.
After confirmation we shall schedule the pickup of the product. please ensure you have packed the product and are available for return at the scheduled place and time.
Upon return, the article will undergo a quality check to ensure the quality problem is found to be our responsibility rather than misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control.
Once the returned product passes the quality check to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging stage, an exchange/refund will be processed.
In case of incomplete product/items missing in the package, the missing parts will be sent after verification from our end, this shall not be the ground for cancelation of order or returns. We promise to send the missing part asap.

We ensure only the best quality reaches our customers as each product goes through a well-defined quality check process. However, these being art products, please note that there may be slight variation in looks and finish. The colors shown on the website are close to the real color of the product to the extent possible. However, depending upon your display screen, the colors may vary slightly. In the case of handmade paintings, there may be minor variations due to the nature of the work.
However, if you are still not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 48hrs of delivery. Please mail us with the details within this 48hr period. We will schedule a return pick up for the product. Upon return, the article will undergo a quality check to ensure there is no misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control. Once the returned product passes the quality check to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging stage, an exchange/refund will be processed. For this 20% of the order value or 150rs(whichever is higher) will be deducted in case of refund as return shipping of the product.
For any refund for prepaid orders we reverse the transaction you made and for COD orders you will have to share the account details so that refunds can be processed. Applicable COD charges are non-refundable and only product charges are refunded. Refunds can take up to 5-7 working days to reflect in your account depending on your bank. Please ensure that the products are not used, altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way. Return all original tags and accessories. Branded packaging should be returned in its original condition.

No order cancelations are available for customized(Customisations include name engraving, custom size, custom colour, custom designs etc) or made to order products.
Non customized orders can be cancelled within 24hrs of placing order without any extra costs. To cancel the order, please call us at our customer care number / mail us at info@biyaro.com or on WhatsApp +917697076686.
We are unable to cancel the order once after 24hrs of order placement. If you wish to cancel an order after that, 20% of the order value or 150rs(Whichever is higher) will be deducted as the cancellation charge.
